We realize every flexible office space is different, membership options are not standard across workspaces, and amenitites vary. So we have created a list of frequently asked questions that we have received since opening our doors in November 2023. What types of workspace options are available at The Exchange?
We offer flexible choices to fit your needs, including day passes, monthly memberships, and dedicated desks. Whether you need a quiet desk for a day or a long-term space to call your own, The Exchange has an option for you.
What amenities are included with membership?
All memberships include high-speed fiber internet, access to our private meeting room, printing and office essentials, 24-7 access, and complimentary coffee, soda, and snacks.
Can I bring clients or team members to The Exchange?
Yes. Members can host clients and teams in our meeting rooms or shared spaces, creating a professional environment for presentations, planning sessions, or one-on-one conversations.
Do you offer flexible membership plans?
Absolutely. We know work doesn’t look the same for everyone, so we offer daily, weekly, and monthly options. You can choose the plan that works for your schedule, without long-term commitments.
If we are a small company, can we join under one membership?
Yes. Small teams are welcome at The Exchange under our single monthly membership price.
Do you have computer equipment?
Each of our desks come equipped with an extra monitor, so just bring your laptop and you’ll be able to work from two screens.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We bill $35 for a daily drop-in, $75 for weekly access, and $100 for a monthly membership with unlimited access. For a small one-time set-up fee, we provide members the option to be included on our membership directory signage for marketing their business. Additionally, we do not charge a cancellation fee, but do ask for 30-days notice.
